The two ladies who cleaned my carpet, Joely and Tina, were very thorough and professionl, yet friendly. They did a wonderful job of removing the stains from the carpet. I was very pleased with their services. Also, the rose was a nice touch!

I never even dreamed the carpets would come out so well ( especially with pet stains ). The girls were kind and gracious, but were serious about "getting the job done" the best they could, which they did. All my business in the future goes to Servicemaster. I forgot to tell you I did not expect an appointment before Christmas. But here it is Christmas Day and my carpets look great.
