But this has been a while ago. We were most pleased with this service.
Services are consistently excellent and fairly priced. The job is always extremely well done, and the technicians are always efficient and friendly but professional.
So far my carpet still looks very clean (7/13) and I have used one other carpet cleaning service two times and the carpet immediately looks dirty after 2 or 3 days. I certainly may be wrong but I think they left a lot of soap (or whatever they used to clean the carpet with) in the carpet and it just grabed more dirt as each day went by. This was a steam cleaning process. I won't name the company but the name is 3 initials. I'm sure you can figure it out. The first time I used them shortly after they left ADT called me and said to get out of the house immediatly because they had an alarm go off that the house was full of carbon monoxide (sp?) and the fire dapartment was on the way. About that time the fire department arrived and did their own test and sure enough the house was full of the Carbon M. They got us out of the house and aired it out thoroughly. The problem was caused by the cleaning service having their van pulled up to our garage and that led directly into the kitchen and rest of the house. Silly me I used them the second time but told them when they arrived what had happened the last time so we would not have this issue once again. They were not the least bit concerned and I should have called the cleaning off right then but did not because I was on a very short time period to get it cleaned. Last time using them.
Appointments are easy to schedule; appointments are on time; rug cleaning was very good.
