The people are so friendly and very knowledgeable. They go out of their way to explain mine repairs. They even put a bottle of water in the cup holder and warm mine car for me. They are awesome.

We had a great experience with Christian Brothers Automotive. Everyone we worked with was very personable, professional, and made us feel that we were valued customers. As soon as we walked in the door to drop off the vehicle, our service writer [FIRST NAME REMOVED] K. greeted with a smile. He listened to what we had to say and took down all the pertinent information. He even suggested we take a test drive with one of their technicians (Justin S.) to make sure they clearly understood the particular noise we were concerned with- what a smart idea! Within an about an hour and a half after we dropped the vehicle off, [FIRST NAME REMOVED] sent us a very detailed inspection report that clearly identified concerns/issues along with recommended repairs and the level of priority to get the repairs addressed. The repairs were completely in a timely matter and pick up was just as pleasant as drop off. Don’t remember the name of the guy that checked us out, but he reviewed everything they did the vehicle and explained the warranty they provide on their work. Again, very friendly, professional - [FIRST NAME REMOVED] K. even pulled the car up front for us while we were checking out. Great Customer Service from start to finish, Thank You!
