Everything was perfect. You arrived on time, you asked about spots that I was concerned about and took care of them. Time was spent to assure that the carpet was really clean. I did not feel that you were in a hurry to do the job, but rather you were concerned that the carpet was really clean by checking and double checking. You moved furniture and put it back exactly where it was! You even cleaned the rugs infront of my doors! What a bonus. You run an excellent business. Thank you.

I called a few places and was surprised to receive a voice mail from more than one company. The woman who answered the phone at ServiceMaster was very informative,gave me an estimate over the phone appts were made in a short time frame and they called ahead prior to coming. The two employees that came Mike C and Wally were professional and friendly. I would have them come back again.

The two guys that came to my mothers house on June 4th 2010. They did a GREAT JOB. Any questions I had they answered. The carpet will need to be done again. Service Master will be my first call. And if the two guys are able to be the ones that come back it would bve a plus.
