The workman who came answered all my questions and cleaned my carpet well. He was very knowledgeable about carpets and gave some grout cleaning suggestions for the future.
He was very prompt, actually arriving 10 minutes early, and worked very efficiently. All areas were finished within 1 1/2 hours.

Suggestion: figure out a way to keep from having a thousand flies come into the home when the door is propped open for the hoses. maybe a small piece of screen to hang in the doorway? I'm still killing flies four days later, but the rugs look G-R-E-A-T!!!

This is the second time I have used Service Master and both times I had the same gentleman clean my carpets. I don't know how he did it because with it being a rental and many years of animals he made it look like a brand new carpet. I know I sound like an infommercial, but I was truly shocked of the wonderful results, and he has always been as nice as a person can be.
