Professional work from start to finish! My elderly parents had a flooded basement due to an extended power outage and subsequent sump pump failure. I assisted them in choosing a water & mold mitigation & remediation company to deal with what was an enormous mess! As soon as Nicole Labrie took measurements and made an assessment of the damages, I knew ServiceMaster was the company for the job! After I returned to my own home in another state some distance away, Nicole stayed in constant touch with me by phone and e-mail, in order to keep me up to date with the work being performed by ServiceMaster. She took a personal interest in overseeing the project to a smooth and very satisfactory completion. My Mother & Father were very impressed with how polite and professional "the workers" were. Desiree McGeough in the accounting department has been patient and persevering in dealing with insurance company. I give ServiceMaster an A+++ not only for the great job they did, but also for making a very stressful situation tolerable for my elderly parents.
