Your hairdressers (Ann and Joanne) were both very polite, professional and accommodating especially when fixing my daughters hair. In addition, my husband has a very unique hair type and style and Ann was able to meet his expectations.

My son loves the VIP package.
However, the employees don't fully listen to instructions. For example, I asked the stylist to leave some length in the front of my child's hair but she was talking away and cut it very short.
At another visit I asked the stylist if she knew how to clipper lighting bolts in his hair and she sounded confident, however, they looked much more like the letter "Z". I had even provided a picture.
I will try one more time but will need to remember to be more stern with my requests.
