Sabrina was absolutely great when my son who is 6 got his haircut at the upper James in Hamilton location. She spent around 40 minutes in total on him and made sure everything was perfect. I have never been so impressed with a hairdresser in my 38 years. I can’t say enough about the quality and care she put into my sons haircut. I have already recommended her to all my friends and co workers. Hire more like her and your franchise will for sure flurish. Thank you. Dwayne Larner

I really agree with the free haircut as a new customer policy, and the concept for the business. Inculisively; I really enjoy the hair-cutting skills my barber Leeanne has when we discuss what I would love to do to my hair precisely. I have faith and hope that my results from hairclub treatment and healthy growth - apart from my haircut idea, are successful! TYVM!

What do you like about our products and services?

I got Lisa for service and she was really good in her job. Even the product j bought from there seems to be very useful . however i am bit disappointed with the other co-workers working in the front desk who are not good enough in there customer service
