The tea tree products were nice and refreshing, as well the hot towel wrap and massage are a nice extra touch. I was really happy with my whole experience here. Christine was great and got the cut exactly how I wanted it and was happy to show me way to style it.

Sabrina was absolutely great when my son who is 6 got his haircut at the upper James in Hamilton location. She spent around 40 minutes in total on him and made sure everything was perfect. I have never been so impressed with a hairdresser in my 38 years. I can’t say enough about the quality and care she put into my sons haircut. I have already recommended her to all my friends and co workers. Hire more like her and your franchise will for sure flurish. Thank you. Dwayne Larner
