I really like the online check-in system. My stylist was a bit behind, so I had to wait for her, but I knew that I would be next, despite several people already seated in the waiting area. I really like Tahira. She recognizes me, so that's nice. But she is skilled and knows my style.

Only hiccup is that the chairs for the MVP don't adjust for height and a tall person like myself has to stretch forward into an uncomfortable position to get my hair washed.
