Unfortunately I have not personally inspected the just cleaned premises, as I am tied up in Florida with a very sick wife. However, the photos that I have seen and the reports from the insurance adjuster who has been in the house indicates that a thorough professional cleaning has indeed taken place. Thank you.

What do you like about our residential cleaning services?

I had an appointment the next day for an estimate and the day after that the technician was at my house. He was very knowledgeable, had great work ethics, gave me a lot of information and did a fabulous job. This is the second time I've used your services for rug and upholstery cleaning and I'll definitely use you again.

I had my carpets cleaned two years ago and they still had stains afterwards. The team yesterday did a fantastic job and even removed stains left after that last one.

Quality work, the serviceman explained different situations about cleaning my leather sofas to get rid of cat pee (my cat had a urinary tract infection). The carpets were cleaned and looked great and the ServiceMaster rep did an expert job. Love the results, great price, pleasant and expert company rep. Will definitely use again.

Unfortunately, through no fault of the company or it's employees , the cleaning did not work and the basement still has a bad odor
