Cameron Apple provided exceptional care in serice at our rental home. Our particular need involved a rental home for my sister and husband who needed a local place to stay after hospital care. Cameron placed a hydroxyl unit in the home for two days but was not satisfied with the level of cleaning it was able to do. He instructed me on the proper cleaning of surfaces and did not charge us for two extra days for the unit. he then followed up by spraying pourous grout in a large portion of the home with a propriatary Service Master cleanser. That did the trick! Cameron took our concern so very seriously about our returning family member and I so appreciate this opportunity to let you know how valuable he is. Thank you so much!

We have had our carpet cleaned by Stanley Steamer several times. The last time it seemed like all they did was run down our carpet on how bad it was worn. (It isn't) We decided this time to use Service Master. We are so glad we did. You are a little bit more expensive but do a far better job then Stanley Steamer ever did. We are trying to put off buying new carpet until our 2 little grandkids (age 3 and 1) get a little older. They don't live with us but visit often creating spills and messes. Thanks again!!!!!
Very neat work and business like. Very prompt on timing But they should fix the leak on the hose. The carpet got a little too wet, it took a longer to dry.

It was a very good job that was done on our carpet and sofa this week. I have had other carpet cleaning company's and was not satisfied. I remembered that about 15 years ago Service Masters had done such a good job on our home when our flute was not opened on our fireplace there was a fire going in the fireplace. The whole house had to be cleaned for suet damage. The carpets, furniture, walls, fans registers and rooms painted. After bad experiences with other carpet cleaning companies, I remembered Service Masters and am very happy with the job.
