Rachel is the best.
Our daughter used to be 2 grade levels behind (2nd grade level in the 4th) and within a year we got her caught up to at grade level. We are back again 2 years later to help give her a boost and she has kept an A average this whole year coming from a C average the years we had skipped. Not to mention she likes going and math is no longer a subject she dreads.
Mathnesium offers concept explaination based practice for which kids are comfortable doing math because they get to know the “why “ and “how “before doing actual problems . Also it has a nice way of reviewing old concepts as the students are moving forward with th new ones !
We found Mathnasium to be extremely helpful. Our son's grade showed great improvements.
My only request is that you not offer such high sugar snacks to the students. It is very challenging to manage a young person's health and diet amid the omnipresence of these items in our environment; it is not healthful. Those "juice" packs have over 5 teaspoons of sugar in them, for example. While we would never think of spooning out five spoonsful of sugar to give a child to eat, we freely do the same with these foods. I ask that you do not do this.

Mathnasium provides a quality service. There is such a big need to help kids due to the increased difficulty of math and the often unclear teaching methods in school. Many places offer services to help but are often ineffective. Mathnasium works. They know how to help kids learn.

Great teachers and convenient location.
This is a great learning environment. The managers are both very knowledgeable and very kind. They have a broad experience with kids of all ages and learning styles and are quite familiar with the AAPS math curriculum. The tutors are excellent for the most part. My two kids have benefitted immensely from the help they have gotten at Mathnasium. We have utilized their services off and on from 3rd to 8th grade and will probably continue in to high school. Very well run and clean facility and staff is very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, it works!

Our family likes Mathnasium. It's really fun! The tutors understand kids and math.
My daughter's confidence in her math skills has improved tremendously! The instructors are so patient with all the children. They are able to help several children at once and really encourage them to do their best! I have learned some strategies for helping my child at home by sitting in the lobby area as well. I would highly recommend Mathnasium for struggling students as well as students that need additional strategies to help them in math.
The individualized approach really helped to pinpoint the root cause and address accordingly. The methods they teach seems make the kids feel they have a much effective solution for problem solving.

my elementary school daughter was not loving math and struggling some. Th curriculum she has found engaging and is building her self esteem around math. i am thrilled with the culture and friendly safe atmosphere to foster love of math among girls.
