Our son has really enjoyed his time here and is excited about learning new math skills! He even says he wants to work here when he gets older!
We have seen a remarkable improvement in my son's comprehension and application with math. Last year at this time he was requiring extra support at school. His confidence has grown and he is keeping up if not exceeding expectations in his class.
While most of the days at Mathnasium have been positive, we have had a few challenges that impacted our experience. Most recently, a staff person kept calling my son the wrong name despite him reminding them who he was. I appreciate that he spoke up and I am hopeful that will not continue. Another day I overheard some kids getting rowdy and not focusing on the work, that was distracting for my son and others. Keeping kids focused and managing behaviors can be hard, and I while this hasn't happened again I am wary of leaving the building in case it does reoccur.
We have seen our daughter improve in her math in a short time.
Very pleased with our child's progress and the way the place is run- she is happy to go to Mathnasium! Fills in the learning gaps from elementary school math that we were struggling with at home- plus easy parking and can get our grocery shopping done which takes some of the scheduling stress out of the whole thing-

The staff are great. Fallon is always responsive, supportive and positive. The only struggle that I have with Mathnasium is the cost - it's incredibly expensive.
My daughter went from hating math to loving it. The tickets/incentives they give the kids boosts their productivity and is all I hear about on the ride home.

Mathnasium is 100% Amazing! This is our son’s 2nd year going and it has helped him so much ! He has become more confident in himself when solving problems and is constantly improving his skill levels. Just after the 1st year of him attending Mathnasium he got all A’s And B’s through out the school year. Every one who works there is fantastic and wonderful and really makes learning Math fun ! My son is enjoying his sessions there and says that the various tutors he has had are all very nice as well as good teachers. The summaries of what he is learning and what he needs to work on each time are detailed and clear, so that I know exactly what he has been working on. Solid math education and a very well-run school!
Doing a great job in bringing my grandson, Bentley, up to speed with his math skills. He needed more specific work for being prepared to enter middle school next year. Great staff and accessible for questions
It was hard at first for our 16 year old son bc he felt so much older than the rest of the people attending tutoring but once he got over he became comfortable being the only teen in the room. We did feel like the hours were are to work around his very busy high school schedule with sports but he was able to maintain a B in geometry this past year and is planning on working on Algebra II this summer and school year. I would recommend it to younger families who need additional support. I would suggest considering a high school plan with different hours as their schedules are so different then young kids.
Mathnasium moves at the pace of the student and explains things in different ways until the student gets it. The ciriculum is great and the fact that material previously covered gets brought up again periodically means that students are truly building a solid base.
Both my boys have had positive experiences and Mathnasium has helped them achieve their goals
