My daughter has GAD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and the tutors did everything possible to help her feel comfortable and successful. We were not able to complete our tutoring sessions because of her anxiety, but the time that she was there was wonderful.
My son Holden goes every week and absolutely loves it! He really looks up to Michael and Kyle, and they have both worked wonders with him. Thanks to their great help, he has been able to progress through roughly a whole grade level in about 4 months and is now able to work ahead of where he was expected to be in school. They have also taught Holden how to play chess and practice with him after every session. I couldn't make math Fun for my children and Mathnasium did that. They are learning and seeing math with positive views. Instead of struggling in it, they are excelling at math now :)

Math is cool
My son loved going there! We went for a year and he continues to score98% on Starr Math. Outstanding program! We are not currently attending to give my son a break and will most likely attend in the future to make sure he continues to perform at the top of his grade level.

Jacquee has already brought her grade up to an A in only a few weeks! The team at East wichita does a great job of helping her understand higher concepts to where she gets it!
My 9th grade son has been attending for 4 months and absolutely loves it. I think he would come every day if it wasn't such a long drive for us. He looks forward to it and talks about what he did there during the drive home. His future plans require a lot of math in college so we are using Mathnasium to make sure every concept in math is firmly cemented in his brain. I can see us continuing with Mathnasium all four years of high school.
For the short time that my daughter attended Mathnasium, we were very happy. She enjoyed the tutors and made great connections with them. They were very understanding of her anxiety and worked with me as best they could.

My Granddaughter Livia actually looks forward to the sessions at Mathnasium. This is a
change from her interest in school work at her Middle School last year. Maybe it the one on one sessions and the fact that she is her only to learn without the pressure of a larger class environment.
