Caira, and the whole team of instructors at Mathnasium do a fantastic job, and have had great success, at encouraging kids to enjoy mathematics, develop competency, and become really confident about their maths skills.
Caira is always encouraging our son, providing useful feedback to him, and is attentive and flexible with scheduling. She also makes the environment for the children fun, dynamic, and comfortable.

The Capitol Hill mathnasium is exceptional. They tutor my daughter better than I ever could and she personally enjoys going. They communicate really well and make the material fun which I could also never do. This is the single best tutor my kids have ever had.

My 3 kids have grown tremendously in their math skills since starting with Mathnasium. They are all started their journey with mathnasium for different reasons, and it has been different kind of help to each of them, all of them doing solely the virtual sessions. Some have used it for homework help (while continually reviewing old concepts), and others have needed to focus on solidifying concepts they never retained. We have did some private tutoring sessions. I am grateful they have had the resource they have had in mathnasium!

My children have seen a significant improvement, both in their math skills but most importantly in their confidence in the subject. It takes time for my slowest learner to progress but if you stick with the program it really does help. The center are really flexible and helpful and the staff help my children prepare for math tests and FASTS as well as moving through them through the Mathnasium program, so it repeats and reinforces the school curriculum in several different ways.
