My daughter has improved not only on her day to day math skills at school but also her overall scores. Without the help of the Mathnasium staff and their program she would still be so far behind and potentially held back. She seems to enjoy her time at the center and does not complain about going at all.
Alivia loves her math classes. She takes her score cards to school to show her math teacher. This is a milestone for her, because like reading, she thought she could never learn math...numbers. Now, she says like she did for reading, I can do this! She loves her instructors; all of them are great! Now she wants to attend all week, but we need down time too, so we get her there for the three days required and hopefully we will be able to add another day.
I told my daughter about Mathnasium and she is looking for one close to her to place my grandson in. He is just in first grade but it is good for him to have a strong foundation. I also told my other daughter here in Augusta for her granddaughter. She is looking into the one closer to her because she lives in Grovetown. Mathnasium is the Bomb!

Mathnasium has been a great experience for my daughter. She was struggling in math in 7th grade and was failing. We were able to get her grades up about 20 points and now that she's in 8th grade she's started with an A.
My daughter enjoys the class and the tutors are good with explaining math concepts.
The staff is awesome. Seem attentive and give parents updates. My daughter never says she doesn't want yo go.

Our kiddos have excelled from coming here and have shown an obvious improvement and increased interest in math; plus, their teachers can definitely tell the difference. I love that coming here has also helped them become better at reading, problem-solving, confidence, not giving up, and other life skills. The mentors are great at understanding, communicating, and individualizing each child’s progress, and they have a fun incentive system. We’ve never looked back after enrolling them!!!
The employees of Mathnasium are outgoing, patient, and kind. I like that they purposefully take the initiative to form a bond with their students. They are our teachers but they are also our friends and don’t really treat us like we are under them. I know they are not us student’s equals, but they treat us as such. They definitely do tell us what to do but they give us the initiative to choose what we want to do when they can. They are very friendly and teach very good little tricks with math and I feel
I’m learning a lot! And it isn’t boring! I get usually bored very easily. I get overwhelmed very easily with my anxiety and stuff. I don’t feel overwhelmed often but when I do they notice and offer to take a break from that specific thing and do something else, or they help.
