My son has had a great experience with Mathnasium. They have been able to go back to the beginning to identify some fundamental concepts he was missing and explain those and practice those in a way that he gets it now. He is very motivated by the stickers and cards they receive to turn in for prizes. He is confident in what he is learning and the staff has been fantastic to work with. Grateful for a resource so close to home.
It was great to find help for any age youth who needs assistance in math. The location was perfect. The monthly reports were welcomed and the progress notices were great when there was a course completion.

My son’s confidence increased significantly by working with the tutors at Mathnasium. They taught several ways to problem solve and he identified the method that made sense to him. He also built friendships and found other kids that shared common interests.

We first came to Mathnasium 11 years ago when our eldest son had some missing math concepts from when we had moved from Florida to Utah midyear. He was able to fill in those missing pieces and go on to excel in his math courses in high school. 11 years later, and our youngest is now at Mathnasium. He has dyscalculia which is like dyslexia but with math. Working with the various tutors at Mathnasium has continued to improve his math skills which is also increasing his self-confidence at school.
