We live everything about this place. My daughter's math skills and confidence rocketed from being a year behind to being top of her class. The curriculum is excellent. The instructors and the vibe are all so positive and math-nerdy. They have teenage girls as the tutor, so much better than her parents! She tells us after each session how many pages and beams with pride when we celebrate her progress. Today she would say "I'm good at math." We particularly love the management at the place we attend. Jozef and Eric are the best.

I gave a score of 9 as my daughter has experienced a couple instructors whom she feels seem mildly impatient with her at times, who seem to avoid her when her hand is raised, or who talk to her about their personal life (some content not exactly age appropriate) rather than focusing solely on helping her with math. We take into account that not all personalities will be super warm and friendly, but at no point should she feel like she's being avoided by instructors who are there to help. And for those instructors who are warm and friendly but using the time they should be helping to talk about the goings on in their personal lives, while we appreciate the bond and connection attempting to be made, our daughter should not be aware of the details of one's life that are not pertaining to math (e.g., drama with significant others and/or friends, college activities that a student would not engage in or fully understand at this age, etc.).
Apart from those concerns, we are still very happy with how Mathnasium has improved our daughter's motivation and academic outlook in math overall. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication!

It seems like that learning math at school can be difficult with many kids and my son won't get enough help when he needs it. At Mathnasium, my son can learn at his pace and ask teachers question anytime he needs. He loves going Mathnasium.
This program appears to be helping my grandson with 5th grade math. His parents and I feel he will be better prepared when he starts middle school this Fall.

Mathnasium has it dialed in. Our son was about a year behind in math because of a weak math program at his previous school. Seven months later, and he is more than caught up. When I watch how their classroom works, it makes me wish that this was how our public schools were: Each kid has their own math plan, there are many roaming tutors, and no one has their hand up for more than a minute before someone sits down to help them. Oliver has never complained about going to sessions, and seems to really enjoy the way that he can see easily see his progress, know what is expected of him at each session, and can earn prizes. Yes it’s a time and financial commitment, but if you can swing it, it’s worth its weight in gold!
This office is the best, from the staff to the engagement with the students. It’s always great energy and they make learning math fun! I have seen so much progress and the new confidence my child has is amazing.

Super helpful staff. Help answer all our questions and set out an appropriate learning plan for our son. Fun content and process that makes him feel successful and learning what he needs to at the same time.
Our 3rd Grade son attends public school. His class size is enormous and full of constant disruptions. He was growing frustrated because he wasn't getting enough math time in class and the curriculum wasn't advancing fast enough for him. In 2 months we went from a kid who loved school to a kid who dreaded school. For the last 2 months we have been attending Mathnasium 2-3 days out of the week and we have seen a HUGE improvement! He is thriving! He is advancing so quickly it's unbelievable. He says visiting Mathnasium turns his negative school days into positives ones!
My son went from feeling bad about his math abilities and not wanting to try Mathnasium to asking when he could go again within the first week. He felt successful and proud of the points he earned. Feeling successful motivated him to keep going. His teacher says he is on level at school and his math scores have improved. We love Mathnasium & have referred a couple of friends.
Love the program, but the cost may be a barrier for some families.

My son is gaining ground in math skills. He will not be left behind because Mathnasium makes sure he is catching up. His school program recognizes and values the learning he is gaining from Mathnasium and gives him credit towards his Math grade for his attendance each month at Mathnasium.
The 4 months that my daughter was attending this program she tremendously improved and gained love for math. Thank you!
My son is very motivated by the prizes! He especially loves the $10 gift card. It is almost like he is working to earn the money.
His math grades have definitely improved at school. Mathnasium has given him more confidence in his ability to do math.
The downside is that sometimes I think my son is not motivated. I feel sometimes he is daydreaming and doesn’t make steady progress at times.

My daughter really loves Mathnasium. She has hated math for quite a few years and now things are turning around. The only reasons we would stop would be budget concerns and it is 25 minutes one way to get there.

*We wish the center was open more (more days, longer hours especially during the summer and school breaks, fewer Sunday/Monday holidays). We wish he could go 2 times per week but with the limited hours/days, our work, his school, and sports, it can be a juggle.
They have made math fun and helped our daughter get back on track and back to grade level due to issues at her school that have made it difficult for a productive learning environment/ confusing curriculum / behavioral issues in the classroom.
Mathnasium does everything they say they will, and my child is already more confident and skilled in math after just 6 months. The staff is knowledgeable, approachable, and have a true understanding of how to help kids. I highly recommend taking your kiddo to Mathnasium!
