Super helpful staff. Help answer all our questions and set out an appropriate learning plan for our son. Fun content and process that makes him feel successful and learning what he needs to at the same time.
Our 3rd Grade son attends public school. His class size is enormous and full of constant disruptions. He was growing frustrated because he wasn't getting enough math time in class and the curriculum wasn't advancing fast enough for him. In 2 months we went from a kid who loved school to a kid who dreaded school. For the last 2 months we have been attending Mathnasium 2-3 days out of the week and we have seen a HUGE improvement! He is thriving! He is advancing so quickly it's unbelievable. He says visiting Mathnasium turns his negative school days into positives ones!
My son went from feeling bad about his math abilities and not wanting to try Mathnasium to asking when he could go again within the first week. He felt successful and proud of the points he earned. Feeling successful motivated him to keep going. His teacher says he is on level at school and his math scores have improved. We love Mathnasium & have referred a couple of friends.
Love the program, but the cost may be a barrier for some families.

My son is gaining ground in math skills. He will not be left behind because Mathnasium makes sure he is catching up. His school program recognizes and values the learning he is gaining from Mathnasium and gives him credit towards his Math grade for his attendance each month at Mathnasium.
The 4 months that my daughter was attending this program she tremendously improved and gained love for math. Thank you!
My son is very motivated by the prizes! He especially loves the $10 gift card. It is almost like he is working to earn the money.
His math grades have definitely improved at school. Mathnasium has given him more confidence in his ability to do math.
The downside is that sometimes I think my son is not motivated. I feel sometimes he is daydreaming and doesn’t make steady progress at times.
Overall I’ve been happy with Mathnasium.
My daughter's grades in math have gone way up. I notice her doing more real world mental math, and I believe she feels way more confident about her ability to be successful in math.

My daughter really loves Mathnasium. She has hated math for quite a few years and now things are turning around. The only reasons we would stop would be budget concerns and it is 25 minutes one way to get there.

*We wish the center was open more (more days, longer hours especially during the summer and school breaks, fewer Sunday/Monday holidays). We wish he could go 2 times per week but with the limited hours/days, our work, his school, and sports, it can be a juggle.
They have made math fun and helped our daughter get back on track and back to grade level due to issues at her school that have made it difficult for a productive learning environment/ confusing curriculum / behavioral issues in the classroom.
Mathnasium does everything they say they will, and my child is already more confident and skilled in math after just 6 months. The staff is knowledgeable, approachable, and have a true understanding of how to help kids. I highly recommend taking your kiddo to Mathnasium!
We have had a wonderful experience at Mathnasium for a few years now. All the staff we have encountered have given the kids well-received feedback. Both kids enjoy going. I wish the center were open one additional day, like Saturday. Overall, I give this center 10/10 because it has boosted my kid's self-esteem and their math scores have soared.
My son really enjoys what he is learning at Mathnasium. He always comes out beaming and excited to tell me what new skill he’s picking up. He has also shared that he appreciates the positive way one particular tutor there lets him know when he gets something wrong and needs to try again. Our son hasn’t been attending for very long, but we are quite pleased with this location (Hillsboro) thus far and recommend that other families check it out. Thanks so much, Mathnasium!
We sought help when our child started saying ‘I’m bad at math. I hate math.’ Now, she walks out of Mathnasium saying, ‘That was fun!’ The staff at SE Mathnasium are fantastic, kind, supportive, and motivating. Our family is grateful for the energy and care they put into helping kids find confidence and enjoyment in math.
The drop-in style is key! Our schedules change every few months with different sports schedules, summer camps, etc. It is SO NICE to just be able to adjust our Mathnasium schedule to suit our needs.
My daughter's confidence has blossomed! She told me the other day that now *she* is the kid in her class that helps explain math to her friends.
Our granddaughter enjoys going to Mathnasium and we have seen a significant improvement in her math skills and it has been recognized at her school! Thanks to the entire staff for making a positive impact on our granddaughter!

The quality of advisors and the communication from the facility is very high level. The team is very observant and extremely well-versed in the material. They are patient and give kids the tools to be able to think critically and arrive at the answers on their own. We would highly recommend. We may be back with our younger son.

The instructors at the Northeast Fremont Mathnasium, were all very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, and caring educators. We are grateful for all they have done to support our child as he caught up on years of missed learning in math due to distance learning and Covid.
The assessment and consequential coursework targeted specific areas of need for my son. The work helped him learn and understand, and grow to feel confident in math.

Mathnasium in West Linn has a unique and effective approach and methodology to help kids catch up and excel in math skills. Plus they are wonderful and easy to work with. Highly recommend considering them as an option.

The entire staff (especially Justin and Miles) were so invested in our daughter's math journey. The information on her assessments/progress was so detailed and really showed how much they cared. Our daughter, Evie, is now not only caught up to grade level, but more importantly, she has math confidence that she didn't have before! She doesn't have anxiety when I mention math and she's constantly doing math problems out loud when she hears any numbers being spoken. It's truly AMAZING.
It's such an amazing change in our child who went from hating math to loving it after only a few sessions. We can't thank the instructors at Mathnasium enough to make this happen.
