I have been back to Fleet Feet a few times looking for a shoe to wear while standing for. Few hours every Saturday at my market. I finally have a shoe that the young man recommended for standing on your feet for several hours and they have worked better than other styles I have tried. Thank you for your dedicated employees and them listening to my needs.

The easiest shoe buying experience I've ever had! The scans take all the guess work out with the right size/width. The knowledge that Camila showed me with recommendations of different brands and styles for what I was looking for was extremely helpful. On top of all that the prices are the same as any other store which makes me wonder why this was my first time buying shoes here! I will definitely be back again!

I like the comfort and stability. I also like the curiosity and care of the associates they were very helpful. I originally bought 2 pairs of shoes from the Richmond store. I was able to exchange them in a Va Beach store even though i lost my receipt. Very thankful i didn’t have loss money on shoe that was to small.
The sales associate was knowledgeable and educating me about the styles and fit that suited my needs. Also the price was better than online ordering.

I’ve had some plantar fasciaitis in my left foot for a while. Not debilitating, but pretty annoying. Hot epson salt soaks helped, as did rolling my feet and stretching. I came in Tuesday and got sized and fitted for some better support. The gentleman working (Jeff? Bald, glasses, a touch of southern accent, SUPER NICE) had me try on 3 pairs of shoes. I got the hoka bondi 8 and have worn them for 2 days now and my foot feels exponentially better. Thank you so much!
