Charles is the consummate professional. The feedback he gave me was forthright and honest. He understands his trade very well and his work proves it. I will call on Furniture Medic every single time I need furniture repair.
Mr. Hogge's attention to detail and perseverance to help us find exactly the right option for our furniture is unparalleled. He and his apprentice were courteous and professional. They took their time to do the job right when many others would have called it good enough. And, they took care to clean up after the job was finished even though it took longer than anticipated. I would highly recommend them.

The repair work was so well done that I couldn't even tell where the gouge had been. They were professional and efficient. They contacted me when they said they would and arrived on time - this is rare for service professionals and was very much appreciated!
