April always does my grandsons hair how he likes it. It is a very comfortable atmosphere. The only place my grandson wants to go for a hair cut.

Also, I wish Sport Clips would convert the anoying punch card to an online incentive program via the SC app.
My grandson likes the way you listen to the way he wants his haircut. He has had experiences in the past where they didn’t at other places. Also you usually don’t have to wait a long time even if you are a walk in.

My son and I both get our hair cut on a regular here at Charlotte hall and Samantha and Elanya are both great always have to use app to reserve as these two ladies stay busy with request but always are delightful to deal with. AlwAys recommend this establishment. Thank you
