Longtime manager operator in Alvin Texas recognized that latest generation of operators only knew how do thew latest cuts and panicked when they saw a sixty-nine-year-old man walk in and request a man's regular haircut. She calmly finished the client that was in her chair, took his payment and cleaned up the area and then motioned for me to step to that chair and proceeded to professionally cut and thin out my very thick head of hair. Thanks to her I once again look like the professional that I once was instead of looking like a homeless guy that hadn't had a haircut in the last four months.

I want to take the time to thank TAMMY. She is very nice to my grandson, very patient, explains everything to him, let's him look and touch the instruments to make him relax. She takes her time because she knows it scares him. Each time he goes he gets better at allowing his hair cut with much less fuzz. She is just wonderful with him. Also and just as important..she cuts his hair well, very well. He along with myself likes the way he looks when she is done. Thank you Tammy. Also just fyi I don't have a good email. I told her supervisor, but I was told to go on line to let you know how good she is. This is as good as I can do. I hope you get to read this but you cannot respond to me.
