How the instructors work with a children.
We've recently started attending Sylvan on Saturdays. My daughter's new tutor spoke to Joy and I about what scared her most about 2nd grade and then developed a plan to address my daughter's fears. Joy was included in the planning and implementation of her own intervention. I cannot express how much I appreciated that small step.

Everyone is so friendly and accommodating to mine and my child's needs. My child was so far behind with his reading skills and within 2 months he was reading on his own.
My daughter is now enjoying math much more than before attending Sylvan. I believe she is feeling more confident about her ability to understand math.
the flexibility.....
The services are great. The ladies all are sweethearts. The billing and payment methods are a little out of date and behind the times. I should be able to go online to make a payment. I shouldn't have to go in, in person or send it through the mail.
I was very impressed with the facility, and eagerness to work with my son with only 2 weeks to prepare for the SAT. He really enjoyed his time spent with his individual tutors and felt like it really helped his score. We haven't received official scores yet, but I will let you know if he improved! Thanks again!!

Mrs. Kimberly is easy to talk to. My daughters education is the ultimate goal. I love the hours & flexibility also the facility corresponding with the teacher which I feel is essential for childs success. No complaints
Flexibility of hours and variety of assistance offered.
It is very flexible and we are able to get help for the specific needs we have. It is great that they help him study for a test and prepare for what is most important that week.
I like that students are able to take a practice test of SAT and ACT. Sylvan then focuses on their academic weakness and turns them into strengths and provide confidence for test taking.
My son confidence is improving and he's getting better in the subject of math which is why he was signed up for sylvan.
The staff is friendly. My math tutor Val works with my personal needs.
