We are members because.--It is great to get together with local business persons at the programs and meetings. We make new friends and new business contacts.We can discuss every day work problems and concerns. We learn what goes on at the national level in Richmond to fight unfair regulations.The NAHB is fighting every day to make housing more affordable.It is one of the best business decision that we have made to belong to SVBA. We have been members for at least 40 years.Wonderful business people to be affiliated with.A small membership cost for all the benefits.Every one associated with building should be a member.A great organization!

Being a member of the Bay Area BIA allows us to keep informed about industry news/topics. It also allows members to build business relationships, meet new members from different groups or industry expertise! Plus have fun a long the way!!

Much better communication than in the past. Education opportunities, association with other members, and political activist for our industry. I think all are equally important.
