Katrin at the Bangor, ME location does an amazing job. She makes me feel comfortable every time I come in, communicates clearly, does every part of her job well from MVP start to finish. She's the reason I keep coming back. It's good to know someone can do their job well. If there's MVP Manager status, she's earned it.
