Katrin is my go to gal. She is an outstanding customer oriented young lady. Her personality and customer service outweighs the majority of the world that I have traveled. She is a definite asset to the company. I travel many many miles just for her to do my not only my hair but my special needs young man. She treats him with the utmost respect and is line with his disabilities while asking him questions to e way she and he knows can answer.

Good offer, nice facility, friendly staff. The app of late is a bit "wonky". Showed no availability at all, yet a few stylists were free when I arrived moments later to check, just in case.
Hours of late are short. Would like to see this get back to more normal of an offer.
I like how easy it is to make an appointment via the app. This saves me time to tend to other matters vs waiting in line.
I go a few months in between cuts and Shelby always remembers me and how I like it cut.
