Knowing where I'm at in line is a huge benefit. The app is the only product I used. The young woman whom cut my hair was very patient with me and kind. She literally cut my hair four different ways and each time did a Fantastic job. She didn't seem aggravated or disappointed to have to do it all over again, she just continued to be kind, Courteous, interested an dedicated to making sure before I left I was genuinely happy with the work she had done. I had been growing my hair for 3 years. It's been a while since I have had to articulate how exactly I want my hair to look and what style to cut it in. This was in reality my problem, but she took the time to make sure that whatever she was doing was to the best of her ability. Most employees who get paid based on the amount of cuts made in a day do not want to have to miss out on the next customer. Therefore they cut a client once and expect to be done. I was not treated like that. I was given the opportunity to have my hair cut different ways and styles until I was truly happy and satisfied. I was not rushed or made to feel like I was annoying or a bother, I was able to find what I truly was after. It breaks my heart actually I can not remember her name. She is an asset to your company. Not many individuals conduct themselves in the same manner she did. Your company is whatever it is and has whatever reputation it does because of the employees, more specifically her and anyone else you have employed who is like-minded and treats your clients as she did. I normally do not fill these questionnaires out and more so,I definitely do not ever write more than a few words. Yesterday was the first time I have gotten my hair cut at that location and the first time I have gotten it cut under the sports clips business model. I have been there before but opted to not have it cut due to your price point and services offered. I grew up in barbershops. At a barbershop the barber will ultimately get paid what they are worth. At sports clips I don't know what the stylist gets paid and what sports clips gets. I probably could have asked and been told but I didn't see the point in asking. I most likely will ask next time just to make sure she gets paid what I believe she is worth. That's why I prefer the barbershop. Regardless, if she should ever try to go work at another Establishment and you as a company do not try something to try and get her to stay and be comfortable with staying....your foolish! It's her that keeps you and your company in business, it's her and what she makes you and your company look like and appear to be that keep clients coming back.True someone could take her place but you'll never find anyone to fill her position. She is absolutely great at what she does and more than the next person that just is there for cuts counted throughout the day. She's personable, relatable, honest, pure, genuine, remarkable, cool, neat, fun, energetic, outgoing, passionate, talented, experienced and ready to bless the next individual that has the absolute pleasure of being able to sit in her chair. People like her are not easily found today in a work environment, especially when one gets paid for the amount of cuts they can cut in a day. Quantity usually overcomes quality in that type of work environment. She pays attention to the client. You need to, "sports clips" needs to pay attention to her! Your entire business should be based around how she chooses to be in the moment and how she chooses to conduct herself with a client. Am I satisfied, yes, will I be back, yes... why because of how I was treated yesterday and how that interaction transformed not only how I look on the outside, but also how it made me feel on the inside. Only been a hand full of interactions I've experienced in my life where someone was able to reach out and touch my soul. I had one of those yesterday and I am better for it, those who know me now know your company and her because of it. That's more than whatever I paid for the haircut. You can't just buy an experience like that, it's earned. She did that and with minimal effort. Thank you, Jonathan E
