Chris remembered my son after he'd only been there one time last year! Usually he has sensory issues which make giving him a haircut a difficult experience. The enthusiasm and confidence Chris showed put my son at ease. It was the best haircut experience to date, as well as how great he looks! We will definitely be returning as well as several members of my family as well. Being able to join the lineup through the app was awesome as well!
