My only frustration is the Sportsclip app which is unreliable and doesn't allow one to plan ahead and schedule appointments in advance and confirm on that day or the day before. Often on weekends it is so busy that you're scheduled 2+ hours out making it difficult to plan other events and activities.

Sonia was amazing she took her time and listened to what my kiddo wanted. He was super happy with getting the VIP treatment because he never had that before. We will definitely be back. She listened to his fears of certain things and made sure he was happy with it all instead of just asking me because it should be the person getting the hair cuts decision. So a huge thank you to her and 10 stars!!
The lady was nice. I get a #1 buzz cut, so almost anyone can do that.
My hairstylist takes her time, I do not feel rushed, and the results have always been top quality. Amanda at the Waterville,ME location is one of the most professional, down-to-earth persons I’ve ever met. She also recommended the Tea Tree hair and scalp treatment, and I love using the product.

The customer service is the best. My wife and I take our two children ages, three and two and all three of us boys get a haircut at the same time the staff is exceptional, especially Amber with our three-year-old who is sensory sensitive. We appreciate how they go above and beyond for us and when dad gets the MVP it feels like a great treat
