The staff is always in great spirits, and Amber is amazing. She always makes sure I'm happy with how my hair is being cut, and is a pleasure to talk to.
I like being able to see the wait time online. I like that my preferences are on file so the stylist has them in writing before she starts. I like that the stylists work quickly and in the end I look like myself again. The price doesn't hurt either.
The place was very clean. My 6 year old son was very nervous at first but the hairdresser was kind and had him opening up in no time. She did a great job on his cut.

My only frustration is the Sportsclip app which is unreliable and doesn't allow one to plan ahead and schedule appointments in advance and confirm on that day or the day before. Often on weekends it is so busy that you're scheduled 2+ hours out making it difficult to plan other events and activities.
