it's easy to make an appointment, even as a walk-in. Staff is all friendly and doesn't rush you in and out, they make sure you are satisfied with your haircut.

I have always received first-class service at Sports Clips. The stylists are friendly and polite and do excellent work. Amber, who has cut my hair several times over the last couple of years, is exceptional. She's responsive to my requests, respectful and polite. And, she's also a lot of fun to speak with, I enjoy her company immensely. She is a credit to your business, give her a raise!

Your store has great hours and the staff is consistently very good.
The online check in was very easy and convenient and the wait time given was pretty spot on. If I had one complaint it would be that I was not greeted when I went in and therefore sat there for a bit before I realized I needed to go up to the counter and check in so the board would show that I was in the store. However I don’t believe that changed my wait time any. I now know in the future to go check in at the counter if not greeted upon arrival.
