Your repair enabled our wall unit to fit the height measurement necessary. You and your crew replaced the upper unit, rehung the heavy stained glass doors in a reasonable amount of time and with no problems. Everyone we worked with and spoke to on the telephone was always courteous and professional.

I am absolutely enamored with everyone I have ever dealt with at Furniture Medic. They stand far above anyone else I have encountered when repairing my dining room chairs and now reupholstering my two bedroom chairs. I will ALWAYS go to them for any future needs I may have . I was even surprised by the two delivery men who were not only careful but very courteous . So refreshing. The quality of workmanship that goes into what they do is so impressive that I will be recommending them to anyone in need of their services. Job well done!

I was impressed with the quality and thought detail that went into putting the legs on the sofa. You were both professional yet genial. This makes a great combination. One small problem. I did notice some areas that were missed during the touch-up of the cabinetry. Perhaps when you return with the chair they can be taken care off.

Punctual arrival for estimate. Work performed at home was professionally completed to my satisfaction. Work performed at shop was returned in a reasonable timeframe and the quality of the repair is amazing.

What could we do to improve?

Offer credit card payment so a person can pay over time, even if you charge the surcharge for your cost to offer this form of payment. Some people have their own cash flow variances. You are prompt and professional and come and go when you say, but I did find an unpleasant gentleman who came to my home free for an estimate lower than yours and had no pick up or delivery charge. So I paid a 33% premium for your service.....Had I more time I would probably have continued shopping to find someone without the pickup and delivery charge or a combined lower price. I could have saved $150.
