My first impression was honesty. You recommended only the repair that was necessary. I appreciated your integrity and felt very confident that I would receive quality service....and I did! Though promptness was not a necessity for me, I must add that the work was done in a very short amount of time - one day for my last two pieces! Overall, I was most satisfied with the people involved with Furniture Medic and with the company's policy of honesty and quality workmanship.

I did not understand why one person (Ray) came in advance to look at the nature of the work; yet when the technician came two days later he did not bring the equipment needed to do the job and had to go obtain what he needed and return later.
