I liked that he was knowledgeable about the products he was selling. I liked that he spoke to me as a consumer of these products as well. While this doesn't matter at most other businesses I frequent, I liked the fact that he was fit. He was in great shape and appeared to be full of confidence which in turn gave me more confidence in the products.
I got to the store last night right at closing time and was invited in to get my nutritional items anyway. I really appreciated the willingness to stay and help me. Thank you!
