I'm impressed with the professionalism off all of the associates that I've purchased from. They have had good product knowledge as well as look the part, i.e. in GNC I've noticed that the sales associates look like they've never stepped into a gym. The people at CN all look the part. Additionally, they have not been pushy. I haven't felt like I'm being pressured to buy 'everything'.
All staff that we have talked with seem to have a vast knowledge of the products and are willing to listen and try to find a product that will serve the need of our son.

Courtney was extremely helpful and professional. He was not the typical pushy robot salesman reading memorized product descriptions. He was able to explain costs and benefits of one product versus another in layman's terms and find the right fit for my needs. He informed me of the 25% veterans' discount and a few other promotions which I greatly appreciate. For his professionalism, product knowledge, and customer service skills, I recommend doing what you have to do to keep Courtney on your staff.
I liked how willing the staff was to answer questions about specific products, and being willing to research and find answers to questions instead of making up answers. I also really like the body fat analysis that is done for free. That is a great service and a very accurate machine
