Everytime I go in, I'm always greeted warmly, and if I say "i'm just looking" or something like that, the employees are good about giving me my space. Also, as soon as I do have a question, one of them is right on it, always well informed, and able to talk to me about what the product will do for me and how to incorporate the product into my goal path.
