Our antique table was picked up by two professional employees of Furniture medic. One of the claw foot legs had broken and the finish was distressed. All I expected was for the leg to be properly reglued back on. I was not at home when the table was delivered to our home and my wife had the table placed in a prominent place in front of our living room window in full light. When I arrived home I swear I thought that she was surprising me with a new table. I have no idea what magic the Furniture Medic artisans did, but the table which is well over 100 years old looked brand new. The finish is restored and the legs are all sturdy. This piece of furniture was in my grandparents home and my parents home and has been in my home for 20 years. You can trust the affordable experts at Furniture Medic and I think that says it all.
I do not know what occurred with the communication call back some type of error. However, Mr. Wm. did call me immediately once he got wind of things, I am impressed will let you know after repairs are complete.

Furniture Medic far surpassed just a regular repair job. They actually did extra work that they didn't need to do. I am extremely happy with the basic repair and the amazing staining of my cupboards.
Quality workmanship is harder and harder to find these days so when you do find a company such as FM not only do you use them again you put the word of mouth out.

The young fellow who repaired our piano did a magnificent job. He was very tidy and completely cleaned up after the job was done. His expertise in duplicating the exact wood finish was remarkable. The repaired portion was a perfect match to the rest of the piano. I followed his visit with a telephone call to your office complimenting you on a job well done.
Today Anthony and Ciero took my kitchen apart and hauled it away! I anticipated a very stressful experience. The men were so professional, efficient and polite it really wasn't all that bad. They made a difference in making this less painful than it could have been.

It is vital during the claims process to be able to reach the tech on the job and receive the estimate and work authorizations timely. My experience has been quick response to CR and insured's needs.
High quality materials
Furniture Medic's team provides quality customer service and repair. Our heavily lacquered dining room table had a small burn mark, which I tried to repair myself. Needless to say, I made a much larger mess than the small burn mark that the problem started with. Furniture Medic's team came to our house promptly, picked up the table, and had it repaired and refinished in a very short period of time. After this great experience with Vista, CA's Furniture Medic, we recently dropped off a 41 year old family cradle to be refinished and painted. The cost of having the cradle refurbished and refinished is right within budget. Thank you, Furniture Medic, for providing a high and friendly level of service.
