They respond when we call
Furniture Medic employees were polite and respectful. They came and assessed the furniture, gave a very reasonable estimate for the repair, and transported the pieces to their shop. The repairs are nearly invisible, the furniture seems as sturdy and functional as before the breakage. They also transported the furniture back to me. I am very pleased with my experience, and would happily recommend their services to anyone!
