It was easy to make an appointment. The staff was extremely professional. The repair was well-done, neat and clean.

I was, however, shocked by the expense to fix one hinge on a cabinet.

When my bed frame collapsed I got a next day appt. The mechanic arrived on time, was courteous and friendly, quickly assessed the problem and gave me a written estimate. The next day a different mechanic arrived and did the repair in good time and cleaned up after himself. If the first guy had been able to do the job that same day you would've gotten a 10.
