Much of the work can be done here at my home. If not they pick and deliver which is great. Also we had a very quick turnaround time on both projects. Price was very reasonable.
He came and picked up the piece and brought it back, even stopped by in between to pick up a piece that had broken off.

Extra care to ensure proper repair
Thank you for repairing the bed. It works and looks great now. We were expecting the bed to be repaired that day as that is what we were told on the phone. The gentleman stated that due to some part he would have to take the bed footboard with him. He asked , Is this your main bed before telling us he was not going to fix it that day. We now refer to him as the trick question gentleman. We said no and he took the bed saying it would be two weeks before it was returned. He was in and out so quick we felt kind of tricked. We looked at the calendar and said well it will be OK because we have no choice. The question he asked should have been do you use the bed. We would have said yes it is the only second bed in the house. After two weeks I called asked about our bed, I was told he could not deliver until another week passed. So, we were without the bed for three weeks. We were sure glad to see that footboard come
back into our house. We were also charged 25.00 out of the range quoted. We were told between 150.00 and 175.00 for the repair. We were charged 200.00. What do you do? Just what we did. Pay and be thankful our footboard was returned with what appears to be an excellent repair.
We are sorry that this customer was not completely satisfied with our service. The customer spoke with Corinne when booking the appointment. Corinne probably said something like "We attempt to do the repairs on-site"; however, upon viewing the damage, I noticed that a large chunk of the footboard post was missing. This prevented me from doing an on-site repair. I explained this to the customer. I always state that shop repairs will take 2-3 weeks. I returned the footboard in 23 days. If it was their primary bed I would have tried to get it back sooner. The price I quoted on the service agreement was $175-200.00 and the customer initialed next to the price and I left the customer a copy of the service agreement. I do this so that there is no disagreement upon delivery. Other than the damage noted, I also found that one of the posts was loose. This is why I charged the higher fee. It is hard to read customer's minds if they don't speak up. In the future I will try to be more precise and will pay attention to my communication skills. I will reach out to the customer and see if there is anything I can do to make them happy.
