Your people make your business successful. I have had varying experiences with Sportclips. It seemed several years ago, 5-10 years, I would have a great experience at any Sportclips I visited. In the past two to three years the experience has been hit and miss.
A year or so ago, my son and I had a great experience at the McGowin Park Sportclips, with Tammy F. She informed us about the app and how we could reserve a time with a specific stylist.
Since then I actually drive past a closer Sportclips knowing that I will receive great service, and also just as important, a great haircut from Tammy at the McGowin Park location.
The lady cutting my hair was extremely courteous and professional. She was very fast and my hair looks great. The app was extremely helpful as well allowing me to find a location with a short wait time and check in online.
