Expert person to solve problem and courteous demeanor
Attention to detail. The last person there, a woman, did a fine job making sure that the corners of the moulding were flush and virtually seamless. The whole team was great and sensitive to the needs of a house full of people during the restoration. Plus, the FM team made a modification during the restoration that made use of the cabinets more efficient in the future.
If Furniture Medic were a member of the Hayward Chamber of Commerce, I would permit you publicly share my name and endorsement. However, I must reserve that option for the businesses that are members. If Furniture Medic wants to consider the referrals, promotion, and other benefits of joining the chamber, I'd be delighted to have them on the team and open to allowing FM to share my name and endorsement.

I think that the person who does the intake/makes the estimations could do a better job at assessing the damage and the probability of getting things repaired on site. The person who came to my apt to repair my furniture was knowledgeable and professional, yet he was only able to address about 50% of my "damage" as the furniture I had was high gloss and highly polished finish. It seems that the front office should have been able to communicate this information about my furniture more adeptly. After all, its not an obscure thing to have a high gloss mahogany piece of furniture.
The crew was lovely and professional. They communicated very well keeping me in the loop through the whole process. I had a very minor problem and they came right over and corrected.

Furniture Medic didn't do their job well. there is no consideration.
The guys who came out were very helpful, quick to respond, and did a very nice job of restoring our cabinets after water damage. They helped to make a stressful situation o a flooded room much less painful. I appreciate that they were respectful and responsive to my questions and suggestions.
They were very attentive, called frequently to find out when to come back and put my cabinets back in. They were prompt, responsible.

Furniture Medic did a great job rebuilding my cabinets.
The turnaround time from quote to completion was very short, and Furniture Medic was willing to do a small repair job that other contractors were not willing to quote.

They painted the wrong color and told me they were done. Once I complained they fixed the issue and ultimately completed the work correctly.
The entire process was awesome. The furniture they repaired looks better than it did when it was new. I would be happy to recommend them to everyone!

The repair was ridiculously overpriced. I am planning to complain to the insurance company. The repairs took about 20 minutes, total; the repairman was very nice and competent. Even at that, the cost of $525 is way past exorbitant.

I am very pleased with the job that Furniture Medic did to restore my cabinets after the fire in my kitchen. I never believed that they would look the same. I am so very happy with the excellent job of Furniture Medic!
- They were on time as scheduled.
- The funiture was restored nicely with attention to detail.
- It was nice that they made sure to clean surroundings after their work.
- They spread a sheet to do the job on there although it was a small job.
- Only disadvantage was the fee. It seemed very expensive for that work.

I like that apparently it's all inclusive from furniture to in-home cabinetry, which is what I required.
