Hello. I trust you will keep a record of my telephone calls, as I live in a gated area and there is no one on the gate to open it. Therefore for maintenance or a refill the individual has to give me a call so I can open the gate. This just happened with tank replacement and fill.

One suggestion, when I called I had no idea how long I was going to be waiting for your representative. Some other companies have a message giving an estimated time so the call can be completed.

nice man to talk to about the change over of tanks .

gauges on the tanks not working,delivery driver tried to get them going but could not,called in a repair at least one week ago but have not heard anything yet.

All was good. I had a few moments of anxiety as it had not been 100% confirmed that the copper pipe was available on the installation day. So, I kind of had to assume that it was. All worked out very well in the end.

Thank you for responding so quickly to the gas leak and explosion You need to have an emergency number that doesn't need to go threw the long wait time of the regular service number

This s the third or fourth time pick-up of an unused full propane tank has been postponed, the previous times without notice. This time the serviceman arrived, but already had a full load; further, there are reasonable difficulties with access to the tank (installed by previous home owner but never used by me), & we agreed to delay till spring conditions made access & related rebuilding of my gateway easier.
