Your people are always number 1 when I deal with them DRIVERS --- ORDER DESK --- SERVICE--- EVEN HEAD OFFICE..

I had called numerous times to inquire about my propane delivery (at 8%) Was told delivery would be made the next day Wed Thurs Fri - each time I called back and no delivery

Was told someone else would call me back - no call back

Truck finally filled tank on Saturday morning

I have the "smart tank" which I pay rental on and was told that the deliveries would be made at 20%??!!

Why do I rent this feature when it did not ensure delivery - I can just read the gauge and call my self at least I am in control...

Why do I need to cll to ensure a truck is coming?

and telling me that the cold weather has caused delays in delivery - news flash this is Canada it gets cold every winter!!!

this is like saying the snow plows are delayed because of "all the Snow" we are getting?? No excuse we need the propane to heat our homes - in winter!! put another truck or 2 on the road to maintain a qaultiy service.

Hello. I trust you will keep a record of my telephone calls, as I live in a gated area and there is no one on the gate to open it. Therefore for maintenance or a refill the individual has to give me a call so I can open the gate. This just happened with tank replacement and fill.

One suggestion, when I called I had no idea how long I was going to be waiting for your representative. Some other companies have a message giving an estimated time so the call can be completed.

You missed the shipment again even I booked a week ago. I called a day ago before the promised date shipment. It said my ticket was printed. Unfortunately, It still not shown up. I called again on the promised date evening. The csr mentioned my ticket still hasn't assigned driver. Asked me to wait for call back. I called and talked to the last CSR, Denise. She was very helpful and understood I nearly ran out of propane. She asked me to wait and worked behind the scene. Finally she confirmed I will get fill up within an hour. She was excellent. We got filled up at 730 pm. Our house has warmed up again.

I was not happy that we ran out of propane and that I waited on hold for 52 minutes to speak with someone. When I did speak with the representative he was very nice and addressed my concerns

Well the rep was very pleasant given he was probably being bombarded by people wanting immediate delivery for as they had run out of propane and pipes were bursting.

However, the delivery that I was advised was taking place last Thursday never happened and I have not heard back, as was requested, for any follow up on how they made out trying to deliver.

Your CSRs are very good. Every time I call I get great service. However your ability to meet your delivery dates and communicate with your clients is wanting. If you are going to miss a delivery date that YOU promised you should notify your customer. I shouldn't find out when my "smart tank" e-mails me on the Monday following the promised delivery date. If you e-mailed me and told me the delivery was delayed I wouldn't have called and then your CSRs could deal with real issues your customers are facing. Just a thought.

contacted Superior during severe weather in NS,your rep. was confident,calming ,sense of humour,and left me with a feeling i was talking with a person from my local community ;she also called me back 5 minutes after our original conversation ended to inform me deliver date was now 2days sooner, which was great news.......thanks to Mildred

The customer rep Amy was excellent but unfortunately the service company for our area was very late to the appointment. The first appointment was booked for Wednesday and they were to call to give me a time. When no one called I checked with Amy who got me in touch with them. We had to reschedule due to short notice of time once they finally told us when they were coming. He said they would come for 10 am the next day and when they didn’t show up I called Amy. She called them and they now told her 2:00 pm but hadn’t bothered to tell anyone. I had told the service company we could only do the morning. They arrived around 4:00 pm without calling to say they would be even later. I had told him we couldn’t be there in the evening so it caused a big inconvenience to try and be home and we waited all day. They did not have the part needed to repair the tank and were not sure when they could get it in. We needed it fixed before Tuesday because we have house guests

Ron, knowing how sick I have been and am still struggling was here as quickly as he could be . As usual he was his caring, cheerful, efficient self. we have been "friends" for a number of years, he even remembers my name - I must also take this time to thank you all - I was without propane - hence heat, I smelt propane in my basement, as I had had a leak earlier in the fall - the young lady on the service desk, was more upset than myself, she quickly arranged for Ron to come and check things - the truck with propane was not far behind - I tried to call and thank you all, but as the wait was long - I realised that there are many people with problems so I am taking this opportunity to say thank you all. We have been customers since the late 30's ( my in-laws were the first customers) We purchased propane from the company that was near Peterborough before Superior took over. I know you to be wonderfully, efficient, caring, and always interested in your customers - I do not know how much longer I will be your customer for I am about to celebrate my 84th birthday , but I will for as long as is possible Thank you again First name removed

The Tech that changed out my propane tank was excellent and did a very good job and very
nice man to talk to about the change over of tanks .
