I feel that ServiceMaster has worked very hard to meet our expectations here at Stevens Creek Family Medicine. We appreciate your fast response when we have concerns or feel that an area needs additional attention.
It is ok to publicly share our clinic/company name to promote ServiceMaster, however I am always hesitant to have my name, especially last name listed publicly, nothing personal against ServiceMaster, however we do not indicate our last names on our name badges for this same reason (so that patients are not able to make contact with us outside of the clinic). We have systems in place so that patients are able to access health care/advice 24/7 so we recommend not giving out our last names. I hope that you understand my hesitance of publicly sharing my last nme, however if you have questions please feel free to contact me.
