I appreciate that the Merry Maids work hard while they are here. They are always courteous and friendly but immediately set to work. Also, they listen to what I say or write and follow my directions. When I ask them to use my cleaning supplies, they do; otherwise, they use the Merry Maids' products. I like that they are flexible and are aware that I have my own ideas on cleaning supplies.

The two ladies that cleaned our house after we moved out of it did an amazing job. The bathrooms had a lot of hard water build up and they looked amazing after they were done. The whole house looks great! Thank you.

Everything! Jeinny and Miranda cleaned everything, including the window blinds, light fixtures, picture frames, cupboards, baseboards, staircase, and the bathroom faucets look like new! And the kitchen backsplash grout looks like new too! Plus they were so efficient, professional, helpful and friendly. My house smells beautiful, lemony fresh! Plus they brought ALL of their own cleaning supplies, tools, stepladders, and a battery-powered vacuum that they wore on their backs that did not require a cord, allowing them to get into every little nook and cranny, before they wet mopped our wood floors. And most important, they were very kind when I told them that I was embarrassed that the dust had gotten ahead of my best efforts, and they smiled and said not to worry because they were here to help me....and help me they most certainly did!!!

Both the maids and the window cleaner did a fine job. There were a couple of places where
furniture was not moved in the living room to get a some dust bunnies, and a few places where dusting on top shelves was incomplete but overall they did a great job. Polite, thoughtful, and hardworking people. We are glad we had them and look forward to their continued work with us.
