We didn't get any complaints from the residents that's a good thing. It just went smoothly this year as opposed to any other year.

The team very attentive to everything that I we needed even later at night when we had challenges. Supervisor even sent me pictures and called me at 8 pm to let me know stuff is done.

Supervisor was very attentive to all our needs helping taking care of all our requests and handling situations later at night even on very short notice.

"Because, there were a few things that didn't go by as smoothly as I had hoped. In regards to a shower that was not working and was not relayed to me."

"Because, there were a couple things that we weren't ready for for the opening nothing major. Small things that were just overlooked like not putting a cap back on the rails."

"Because, it went well. They came out and fixed a few things. My main concern is that the pool would be opened on Memorial weekend. If not my residents would have been mad. The pool was opened on time."

We didn't have any issues and they have been very responsve to all the calls. The guard is doing a good job and were having a good season so far.

The exilent response to the issues that have come up. They've been very good at following the rules and very prompt being on time.

"Because, the work was done when Brian said it would be done. And everything was cleaned up. I'm very satisfied with their services and customer service. They communicate with me if a lifeguard will be out sick or something."

Because the lifeguards have had open communication with us along with Brian Bell and they got everything done on time.
