Right now our onsite supervisor Paige is phenomenal. She is attentive and responsive. We have had no complaints from the residents about the lifeguards.

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

So far the season did go well. Cheyenne communicates if the pool is delayed and she has been very good to Windsong. She was quick to respond when we needed her to call the police. Her communication skills are very good. Cheyenne was very accessible so I did not need to contact Mike. I kept them both in the loop in regards to the life guards not checking the badges.
