Excellent service and quick response whenever there is an issue.

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

The lifeguard service has little continuity, although they provide a guard 90% of time,the guards are not educated about the facility's policies. The young guards have zero communication skills.

The service staff is excellent, maintaining and deliver quick repair services. The pool is always clean and labs are well kept. American works hard with their clients to keep them happy, and provide quality service at about every measure

Having daily issues with the lifeguards sitting together talking and not watching the children in the pool.

I will say that this year seems to be running a little bit smoother. The communication is better within the pool company itself. The lifeguards know what to do and what not.
