By the way I rarely give a 10 as I was taught we can still do better. I like the fact that when something was not done by either party that we can go to the notebook and give feedback and I especially like that the Super comes once a month to run a check and askes for feedback.

I like that the office is very responsive if there are things that need improving or if there just needs to be more communication with the great folks who actually do the cleaning. Any issues are addressed promptly and cleared up.
