There have been minor problems with lifeguards not knowing how to adjust chlorine levels properly resulting in delayed pool openings.

This score is for The Village Park pool. Nick is great. He is on top of all our needs. The only weak spot is an occasional slip up by a lifeguard; hard to control. Name removed B&D Management Phone number removed

I have enjoyed working over the last 10 years with the management at American Pool. They are a very professional group and run a tight ship. Problems are always resolved in a timely manner.

Mike Martorelli and American Pool has been very responsive even when issues arise they are handled quickly and the responsive is always positive.
